So over the last month we just brewed a new beer, or we tried at least. The objective was to recreate one of our favorite beers of all time. The “Dogfish Head 60 MInute IPA” If you get a chance to try this beer then do yourself a favor and make it happen. IT is by far one of the best IPA’s I have ever had.

Anyways we went ahead bought all the ingredients and everything for the beer and made a batch of it in our kitchen. We hopped it for a continues 60 minutes and everything. After about 4 weeks of patiently waiting and desiring the taste of our very own homemade beer we busted out some glasses and cracked open the beer and poured it. Of course we cheered and then took a big ole drink….

Unfortunately it TASTED LIKE CRAP! haha

This is a sad thing but this happens. So we are going to give it ago again. ITs a bummer that it tasted bad but now its time to evaluate and figure out what went wrong and where it happened. We will analyze and try and correct the problem including buying some new updated equipment to try and make this beer taste good. Also I think we are going to give our own new recipe a go and see what happens. So never fear my dears keep checking out back to see if we developed a beer that acutely is drinkable.
